Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will inspect the item and determine the appropriate solution.
2. Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches, stains or accidental damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper care.
- Damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals or extreme temperatures.
- Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Natural variations in leather texture, grain or colour.
3. Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

- Proof of purchase.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs of the product.
We may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a repair, replacement or other appropriate remedy.
4. Warranty Resolution
If the claim is approved, we may, at our discretion:

- Replace the product with the same or a similar product.
- Offer another appropriate resolution where repair or replacement is not possible.
5. Limitation
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not extend beyond the remedies described in this policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
